There would be negative implications for the United States in terms of the economic, political, and security concerns if they same scenario were taking place with the Afghan military forces being trained instead of the Honduran military forces. The Honduran forces did not complain about the first mobile training team and was open to having the mobile training team return for a second training. The Afghan forces would have been so offended the first time around that I don't believe an additional training would have been permitted.
